**RARE** deals This listing is of the 1969 Sept issue #23 of EERIE Comics, A Warren Horror Magazine. The cover art is of "Nefera's Tomb" and is done by Frank Frazetta. Overall this issue is in FN+ condition, there are a few minor issues with front and back covers.. Along the spine there is some cracking, around edges and corners there are some small creases and dings, and there is also minor wear throughout front and back covers just from everyday use. After all it is a 1969, condition is actually better then average compared to most silver age paperback books and magazines. But what this issue does have going for it is that it's all still intact, theres no major creases, no rips or chunks missing from covers or inner pages, inner pages are white to slightly off white, and there is no missing coupons.
