Comes with one original controller, a 3rd party power brick, composite cables, and 3 sports titles. The titles are Hoops, Bases Loaded 2nd Season, and Track and Field II. There are some light cosmetic scratches on the console, but it looks great overall. The controller has some yellowing from deals age. Please see photos for item condition.
