The beautiful fine china Asian teapot and two matching saucers are in great condition. The green, orange, and yellow fan portrayed on the back of the dragon appears to be more consistent with a "water" dragon. Hence, the gorgeous water-dragon motif over the wavy blue exterior gives the appearance that the dragon is swimming in the ocean. The dragon artwork along with the accompanying accents have been hand-painted. The gorgeous colors are in relief and give these gorgeous porcelain pieces an embossed-like appearance.

The gorgeous fine china tea pot and two matching saucers have the "Hong Kong China" stamp on their undersides. The two matching saucers are translucent which indicates the pieces in this listing are fine china.

There are no breaks, cracks, chips, or repair places on any of the pieces in this listing. There are some vintage wear, rub and age places on the teapot and two matching saucers - mainly on the bottom where they have come in contact with different surfaces. Also, their are some places where the color has rubbed off or is slightly distressed. There are some imperfections inside the teapot that are simply dark spots under the glaze. Also, there is a tad bit of yellow color on the inside of the rim most likely from the actual decorator of the teapot. Also, this teapot has a slight leaning appearance which is a good sign that it was made by hand.

The gorgeous blue and gold fine china dragon teapot measures 7" tall to the top of the lid and approximately 5 13/16" tall to the top of the rim.

The oriental fine china teapot measures approximately 9 1/8" from the back of the handle to the tip of the spout x 3" wide across the rim from outside to outside x 3 1/8" wide across the base.

Each matching dragon saucer measures 5 11/16" across from outside to outside.
