Her body itself does have a few light stains nothing crazy or anything that couldn't be removed. Her hair I don't believe has been cut it's just the way it looks. There is a piece at the top that appears shorter than the rest, so I'm not saying it hasn't been, but a possibility. She just needs a new home & not much fixing up. She would make an adorable doll with some love!
