There's nothing better than stumbling upon a MINT CONDITION VINTAGE BRACELET AND MATCHING EARRINGS at an ESTATE Sale!

I was lucky enough to do that very thing.

This DEMI PARURE is FANTASTIC!

The colors are drop dead wonderful: MOCHAS and BROWNS: A "Shades of Brown" bracelet, but on a more subdued level due to the marvelous MOON GLOW effect on the pieces, which gives them a soothing, wondrous glow and warming, rich coloration.

Each of the SIX PANELS of this fantastic unsigned beauty are bisected on the diagonal (a wavy diagonal, the wave being made of GOLD PLATE). One side of the diagonal is a marvelous darker MOCHA colored modified, domed triangle, and the other is a lighter mocho color.

The bright GOLD PLATE accents into which these panels are set provide a marvelous counterpoint to this great bracelet which closes with a fully secure and functional fold-over clasp.

This mid century beauty is 7 3/4" in length and an astounding 1 3/8" wide.

It is in fabulous Vintage condition - clearly MINT.

The MATCHING CLIP EARRINGS are totally terrific.

Measuring 1 1/8" in diameter, they are shaped like "ribboned flowers." Domed and raised up off their CLIP backs, they echo the fantastic design of the bracelet in color, but have more of a ribbon-liike theme expressed in their positioning. They have the same colors and the same pristine gold plate, and, in their middles, they have four small gold plate balls. Their clasps are secure and functional.

There is no way I can adequately communicate the kind of EXCEPTIONAL CONDITION these gorgeous vintage pieces are in. Glowing, beautiful, great color, no chips, lines, cracks, missing pieces or dents: great depth of field, tremendous visual allure, magnificent versatility: MAGNIFICENT MOONGLOW coating still completely in play - nothing interrupted or missing.

Can be worn together or separately of course.

Even the gold plate on the back of both pieces (see last photo) is pristine.

This mid century darling is spectacular! And right on trend. In fact, it was never OUT of style.

A NOTE ABOUT THE EARRINGS: they are clip backs. And they, like the matching bracelet, are very lightweight. I am certain a good jeweler could make these vintage beauties into pierced earrings with ease.

Although unsigned, this demi parure set bears every single hallmark of deals a TOP OF THE LINE designer, and it was not unusual for designers not to sign their work. This one, being a bit more modernistic, feels a little more like it was made by CLAUDETTE who was more daring with her gold plate work and color palette.

MAGNIFICENTLY THICK and CHUNKY - this set is a drop dead wonderful classic.

It is absolutely READY-TO-WEAR and so versatile, this lovely lassie could be worn with a gown; to work, an evening out, or be kick ass with jeans and a "tee."

Here is an absolutely astounding example of the masterful craftsmanship endemic to mid century.
