Vintage Tobacco Tin, Hickory Pocket Tobacco Can, Tobacco Advertising, General Store Tins, Antique Metal Cigarette Case, deals Rustic Red Tinware

An original and hard to find 1940's Hickory Tobacco pocket tin. Hickory tobacco was sold by the John Middleton, Inc. company from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This tin features an illustration of crossed antique pistols against a deep red background along with the Hickory logo and line, "Extremely Mild Pipe Mixture". The bottom is embossed with the Hickory name.

The condition of this tin is excellent to near mint with very little wear and no scratches, rust, or dents. There is some minor scuffing near the lid and a little patina at the bottom of the tin. The sides have a portion of the tax stamp remaining. Lid and inside looks almost new. Lid opens and closes easily. There is no damage or wear to the hinges deals.

Size is approximately 3-5/8" h x 3-1/4" w x 1" deep.
