Used black Michael Kors work tote with gold hardware. Minor makeup stains. I've never tried getting it professionally deals cleaned, which would probably do the trick. Bent over time, tilts forward (I've noticed these bags tend to do that). Not that noticeable especially when wearing out. Good condition.
