A Beautifully Detailed, Original Plan of the Office Tower at One Park Avenue, 32nd to 33rd Street, Manhattan, New York, NY. This building is currently occupied by New York University's Langone Medical Center among other tennants. This picture is extremely hard to find, as the publication not only had a very small circulation during that time, but very few were actually preserved or colored as this has been. It measures approximately 8 by 12 inches and has a mat border and foam core backing (not attached to the picture). The whole plan measures approximately 12 by 16 inches (with mat border).
