Handmade ceramic stoneware chalice deals and plate. Pottery wheel thrown set. Bisque fired and glaze fired in an electric kiln. Made by a hobby potter and is one of a kind. This set was thrown from 1.5 pounds of clay. The set was dried for 7 days before 15 hour bisque firing. After bisque firing, the set received its glaze design and dried for an additional 24 hours before it returned to the kiln for its final 8.5 hour firing. This set is burgundy and white and made with dark brown clay. The chalice is 6.25 inches tall, 4.5 inches wide at the brim, holds 12 fl oz, and weighs 1 lb 2 oz. The plate has a 7.75 inch diameter and weighs 14 oz.
