These are Dept. 56, Snow village, residential houses, vintage and retired. They are very collectible and hand painted ceramic. Kept by the original owner with the original packing box and sleeve. Sleeves show some wear and folding on the corners consistent with use and age. The pieces deals have no condition issues and do not include the light kit. The light made by Dept. 56 can be purchased in another listing on my site. I like to use a long string of mini lights to "brighten" up my village and thus use only one outlet.

QUEEN ANNE VICTORIAN---#5157-8., Made in 1990 and retired 1996. It is the house with the little gazebo section on the left side of the house.

SOLD------------------THE DOCTOR'S HOUSE---#5143-8. This piece is so quaint and has the one dormer on the roof with a nice large front porch. The sign reads, "Doctor's Office, Daily & On Call". There is a tiny bit of paint missing on the bottom of the porch where the arrow is shown. This does not detract from the charm of the piece. Use a walkway or "snow" to disguise it. This is a large piece and heavyweight. 8w x 7d x 9.75 t

FEDERAL HOUSE---#5465-8. This piece is from 1994 and retired in 1997. It has 2 chimneys with a brick look exterior.
