The hub of an IR repeater system, it receives signals from remotely located infrared receivers and channels them to your source components and other equipment. he 857 supports up to six components using Russound 845.1 single IR emitters or up to 12 components using Russound 1584.1 dual emitters. It provides a convenient detachable screw connector for wiring multiple IR receivers such as the Russound 858 and 862. It also includes jacks for a Russound 854 tabletop receiver and a common IR signal from a multiroom system. Usable with Russound 846C and 1201A 12-volt power supplies, the 857 provides an optional Status power circuit for use with products that have status indication.
