Baskets are shipped through DHL Ghana. A tracking number will be provided.
Please do not be surprised when you receive your basket. Baskets wrapped in poly sacks when shipping by courier. This does not damage the baskets: they are resilient and durable. When you unpack your basket please simply follow forming instructions below:

Forming instructions

1. Simply dampen your basket in cold water or spray some cold water. If any avoid soaking leather.
2. Place the basket on a flat surface and use your hands to reshape the basket to its original appearance.
3. Let it dry completely. Do not keep them in wet places.
4. When it dries, it will once again be perfect!

Maintenance instructions

Keeping our maintenance suggestions in mind, you can use your eco-friendly basket for years,
1. In case of soaking, sun-dry your basket or leave it to dry at room
temperature.
2. Make sure to keep your basket in the shade to prevent color fading.
3. Easy to clean, stains can be easily removed with a damp cloth.
