To care for succulent, place it in bright area with filtered sunlight. Water once every 10-15 days, just enough to soak top 1/3 - 1/2 of soil. Over watering will cause succulent roots to rot and die. Watch your succulent for the next 2-3 weeks in their new home and you can adjust care as needed (more/less water, more/less light).

Geometric Air Plant Terrarium DIY Kit includes:

To care for air plant, once a week simply take air plant out of container and soak it for 10-20 minutes in filtered water. Shake off excess water and let dry within 2-4 hours in bright, airy space. Once dry, you can place it back inside the glass container. You can also mist the air plant instead of soaking, once or twice a week.

SHIPPING:
From Monday to Friday, orders placed before noon PST will be shipped on the same day.
And orders place on Friday afternoon, Saturday, Sunday will be shipped out on Monday.
Usually it takes 1 to 6 days to be delivered depends on locations.
If you want to get it faster, shipping upgrades are available in the cart.

(UNPACKING INFORMATION & SUCCULENT TRANSPORTATION CARE)
When your succulents are delivered, it is important to unpack the box immediately in order to prevent possible heat/cold damage and to provide succulents with light, air, and water after their long shipping journey. 
Once you open your package, gently remove shredded papers and take succulents out of the box and onto a tray for watering. 

Beware if you don't open your box right away or if you place the succulents in a dark room, they might not survive from lack of sunlight and stress from the shipping process. 
Keep in mind as well to not place the succulents under intense direct sunlight, to prevent sunburns.
Upgrading shipping can be a good option to minimize damage in transit.

(SUCCULENT CARE INFORMATION)
After cleaning and/or repotting the succulents, drench the succulents with water from a faucet, garden hose(low pressure) or watering can until water runs out from drainage holes. Then place succulents on an area with bright indirect sunlight, indoor or outdoor.
In general, succulents need to be watered about once a week and receive at least 4 to 6 hours of filtered sunlight a day to maintain its color and shape. 

(AIR PLANT CARE INFORMATION)
Tillandsias (air plants) have 3 main factors to maintain the plant properly.
Light should be filtered
Water thoroughly, you can soak air plant for 10 minutes in water
Optimum temperature is 50-90 degrees Fahrenheit.
Fertilize with Bromeliad fertilizer twice a month a 1/4 strength for blooming and reproduction.

(POLICY FOR CLAIM)
In the most cases, plants and pottery will be delivered in good condition.
However, mishandled by carrier, extensive heat/cold, or delay can damage plants or pottery.
If you believe that your succulents may be dead or items damaged, please take clear photo of the dead plants or damaged items and send it to us within 24 hours of receiving the item. After we validate, we will send a replacement or refund. Failure to comply with one or more of these polices will mean we can no longer cover you.
We take full responsibility for any issues for 24 hours after plants or pottery are delivered.
The customer is responsible for any issue that happens after that.

For special event bulk order, we suggest placing your order at least 2 weeks in advance.
Etsy allow us to change ship by date up to 21 days, so please don't place order more than 3 weeks in advance.

Please leave a note in the personalization box, with “ARRIVE BY …”.
We can hold your order and plan the best time to ship out for a timely deals arrival by requested date. 
Please understand that we are not responsible for late arrival due to delays by mail carriers, so it is best to have your order arrive few days before your event to avoid any issues.

(ADD ON: HEAT PACK + EXPRESS SHIP) 
Please ADD ON 72-Hour Heat Pack + Express to your order if temperatures in your area will fall below 40°F degrees.
This add on will include ONE Heat Pack and upgraded 2-3 DAY SHIPPING to ensure that the heat pack will keep warm until delivery.
