Vintage Knox deals College Tobacco Card (circa 1910)

The perfect gift for a Knox College alum or soon-to-be student. A rare find from the Murad Tobacco company circa early 1900s. Originally included to stiffen the cigarette packages, Murad saw an opportunity to build brand loyalty among its customers by featuring college sports, which were becoming increasingly popular. In doing so, Murad deals created some of the earliest known football, basketball, and hockey cards. This particular card features a waterfowl hunter with a Knox College seal. Framed 5 X 5 1/2 card only 2 X 2 1/2.
