This is an antique Western Electric 329W wooden, wall-mounted phone. Sorry, I don't know enough about the item to give you a year, but for its age, the wood is in fabulous condition. No rot deals anywhere to be found in this thing. Unfortunately, it is missing the crank, and as you can see from the pics, there are no innards to the item.
