For your consideration is a beautiful beret style hat from the late 1940s. This style looks great tilted toward over the brow.
This Hat Features:
Small, rolled, down turned brim
Front bow with rhinestone accent
Flange around the inside makes this sort of have a “double” brim with an additional ribbon accent
Includes a small clear head hat pin

Inside circumference - 21.5” (although this seems to fit a larger head size Lille 22” - 22.5”
