With a 1" deep opening in the back of these rustic wood frames, they make ideal canvas frames or canvas picture frames. NOTE - the poster frame shown in the first listing photo was made using the 'Natural' color from the staining color examples seen in the last listing photo.

Whether you use these rustic wood frames as canvas frames or poster frames, they can be purchased in a variety of staining colors (view the last listing photo) that will perfectly match the colors of your canvas or poster.

These canvas frames / poster frames are made from "wide" and "thick" 2x4 (1 5/8" x 3 1/2") rough sawn (rustic, distressed, weathered looking) western red cedar wood, so they are also perfect for using as a wide picture frame or thick picture frame.

These wood poster frames (or canvas photo frame) can be purchased with or without photo backing and plexiglass.
