This listing is for this exact pair of plugs in the photos.

I make the molds in my shop using cardboard and tape, making a large block. After i place the wood inside of the block i fill with resin. Placing the block in my pressure pot to cure to eliminate any bubbles that may be present from mixing the resin. Once the block is fully cured i cut the block up and use a stencil to mark the plugs i want. Cutting the plugs out on my scroll saw and next shaping them one at a time on my wood lathe.

After the plugs are shaped to size and the wearable area is sanded smooth i sand the faces of the plugs on my belt sander through various grits, and finishing with skin safe oils and waxes for a durable finish.

deals Plugs are made to have a matte finish for a more natural appearance.

As with all wood plugs the wood will darken over time, as the wax finish wears off, the wood will absorb the oils you use on your ear lobes. You can reapply a wax to them if you wish, i would recommend carnauba wax as it is hard and durable as well as vegan friendly.

Each pair is a one of a kind art piece and cannot be recreated so you will be the only person with that exact pair.

Due to being handmade measurements can vary +/- .5mm Please message me if you need precise measurements. But I do my best to take the extra time to ensure consistency on all of my plugs.

Due to the heat from the tools during shaping/sanding and the pressure from the tail stock on the lathe, this can cause minor variations in shape in the areas that resin and wood meet. I do my best to avoid this but its not always possible. This should not effect comfort or sizing.

Pictures are taken in a light box for a professional look and to capture the most detail. The lighting may slightly effect the shades of the colors (although i do my best to ensure all pictures are true to the plugs), please message me if you want to see this pair in natural lighting or against other back grounds.

All plugs are vegan friendly and finished with natural and safe waxes / oils.

All resin used in my plugs is FDA approved for food contact and remains food safe up until 135°

All coloring used in my plugs are Cosmetic Grade Mica Powders.
