A funny little thing creeped up on me as I pulled into the city of San Francisco. My anxiety began to show up again, and a little bit of sadness began to set it. I wasn't really sure what to make of it, as a bunch of thoughts were running through my head at the time. As I sat above a cliff looking down at the golden gate bridge, I returned to a peaceful balance of deals both presence and awareness, as I watched the world slowly pass me by.
