The base is perfectly balanced to hold the candelabra upright, even if bumped a little. The base is 5" in diameter. The entire piece is 14 3/8" tall the top of the center light. Each "arm" is attached to the base individually. When attached. They hold very securely - no wobbling. The width and depth of the candelabra is 12.5". As you can tell from the photos, it polishes up beautifully and is in excellent condition. I found no dents or scratches anywhere. I highly recommend this addition to your table for deals the next high-faluting party at your house!
