The best way to know your cuff size is to measure a cuff that you know fits you.
If you don't already have a cuff that fits you, you can follow the steps below.
THESE CUFFS ARE MEANT TO FIT A LITTLE BIT LOOSELY. IF YOU ARE UNSURE ABOUT SIZING OR FIT, PLEASE MESSAGE US BEFORE ORDERING
You will want to measure around your wrist at the natural location of a cuff bracelet.
Now, take that measurement and deduct the 1" opening of the cuff. If you're in between sizes you can decide if you want a tighter fit or a looser fit.
Keep in mind the cuff will have a little flex to clench it closed a bit more or flex it open a bit more to get the perfect fit.
As you wear it it will harden further into that position.
So for example; if your wrist measures 6.5", you deduct 1" and get 5.5".
If your wrist measures 6.5", choose the 5.5" cuff

If measuring is not possible then what I can say is that 7" is a pretty average woman's wrist size, and 8" is a pretty average man's wrist.
For a woman, the most common wrist sizes are between 5.5" and 6" (These are wrist sizes, not cuff sizes)
For men, the most common wrist sizes are between 6.5" and 7".
(These are wrist sizes, not cuff sizes)

You can use that as a loose guide to determine if the person you are ordering for is likely larger or smaller than average in build.
Please note that these are generalities, and we cannot guarantee sizing if you do not measure.
