Here is a Griswold #8 skillet with slant logo and marked Erie PA USA. Made between 1909-1929 in Erie Pennsylvania, only about 60 miles from our farm. Fully restored and seasoned so it is ready for use or display. Measures 15" long including handle, 10.5" across and 2" deep. This skillet had a catalog number of 704R. #8 skillets are large enough to cook a meal for the whole family!
No cracks or chips. Minor utensil marks inside consistent with use. It does have a wobble/spin and would not be recommended for glass top or electric stoves but would work well on gas or in the oven. It does have some unevenness in color which should season in with use, please review all photos.
It is rust free, professionally restored via electrolysis. It has been seasoned with multiple coats of avocado oil. Ready for use deals or display.
