These are so typically French, dating from circa 1960's these would have hung in the local cafe or an elegant country home. The central hook can carry a coat and a hat and the side pegs pivot and can also carry a coat or a hat.
This item is in used vintage condition, the side peg ends have some chips out of the wood, but this does not interfere with the use of the whole item. There is no other damage, just signs of use. This item has been thoroughly cleaned as originally it had decades of dust and grime covering it, the whole of the item is original and a lovely addition to any hallway.
