Immaculate Kigu Gilt painted flowers design loose powder compact 1950s 52 Series

This lovely 1950s loose powder compact is gilt with a very pretty enamel ditsy print and central blank cartouche. The lid opens readily to reveal a clear mirror. The Kigu branded inner lid, with the patented catch, opens easily to reveal the pristine sifter and Kigu branded puff. It is unused and comes boxed with original sifter, branded puff and pochette,

This is a very pretty compact that is sure to enhance your collection. It is catalogue 52-181 in the 1956-7 catalogue. It measures 3 ins or 7.6 cms in diameter.
