This is a vintage 1971 Doulton and Company Victorian woman figurine titled "Repose". I have never seen this model of figurine holding a rose as most of this model are holding a book. The figurine is 8 inches long by 6 inches tall and is 3 inches deep from front to back. The piece is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks and all the petals of the rose are in tact. The bottom shows the Doulton and Company logo and it is signed and numbered. The figurine has a high gloss finish and I found no crazing on the piece. All of our items originate from outside sources.
