This listing is for the purchase deals of a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-refundable and non-sublicensable COMMERCIAL license agreement for ONE Word Art Design File.
By purchasing this commercial license, you accept the following terms of the agreement:
a.NON-EXCUSIVE. This means you do not have exclusive rights to use the File. The same file can be licensed to other customers as well.
b.NON-TRANSFERABLE and NON-SUBLICENSABLE. This means you cannot transfer or sublicense them to anyone else.
c.NON-REFUNDABLE. This means your purchase cannot be returned for cash / credit.
d.UNLIMITED PRINTS AND IMPRESSIONS. This means you can use it as many times as you want and you do not incur any added costs.
e.UNLIMITED RESALES ON MERCHANDISES AND SERVICES. This means you can use it as many times as you want and you do not incur any added costs.
f.All Items are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. You assume all risks associated with the quality and the use of File. WSJDesigns / I shall not be liable for any damages, expenses and losses incurred as a result of your use of File.
g.You agree to indemnify and hold WSJDesigns / me harmless against any damages or liability of any kind arising from your use of File or derivative work. You further agree to indemnify WSJDesigns / me for all costs and expenses that WSJDesigns / I incurs in enforcing the terms of this Agreement.

► RESTRICTED USES

a.SINGLE-SEATED LICENSE. You may not provide multiple members of a team within the same organization / family members access to licensed File. Unless WSJDesigns' / my written consent is obtained, File may not be stored on a server or content management system which gives more than one-person simultaneous access to the content.
b.NO DIGITAL PRODUCTS FOR RESALE AND DISTRIBUTION. You may not (re)sell, license or distribute File in any form, original or in its derivatives, as digital products online or offline.
c.NO STANDALONE FILE USE. You may not use the File in any way that allows others to download, extract, or redistribute File as a standalone file (meaning just the File itself, separate from the project or end use).
d.NO USE IN TRADEMARK OR LOGO. You may not use the File as part of a trademark, design mark, tradename, business name, service mark, or logo.
e.NO PHYSICAL PRODUCT FOR RESALE. Without obtaining an appropriate license, you may not use the File in connection with any print or electronic products for resale or distribution (including templates and on-demand products) distribution where the primary value lies in the File itself, without regard to the size of the print run, manufacturing units, or impressions of such products (including individual downloads), including without limitation, screen-savers or wallpapers for mobile devices, website designs, presentation templates, greeting cards, posters, business cards, t-shirts or other clothing or accessories, tote bags, mugs, magnets, calendars, stickers, decals, keychains, or any other electronic and printed matter.
f.NO UNLAWFUL USE. You may not use the File in a pornographic, defamatory or other unlawful manner whether directly or in context or juxtaposition with other subject matter and materials.
g.SENSITIVE USE DISCLAIMER REQUIRED. If you use the File that features models or property in connection with a subject that would be unflattering or unduly controversial to a reasonable person (for example, sexually transmitted diseases), you must indicate: (1) that the File is being used for illustrative purposes only, and (2) any person depicted in the File is a model.
h.NO FALSE REPRESENTATION OF AUTHORSHIP. You may not falsely represent that you are the original creator of a work that is made up largely of the licensed File.
