This fun and organic-themed tray would surely make a great talking piece as a functional tray or a piece of vintage decor on display. The charming tray is designed by Couroc of Monterey, who famously noted that "Any tray can serve a drink. Only Couroc can start a conversation.”
The phenolic resin tray features a deals grouping of mushrooms in the grass. Couroc uses natural materials and this looks to be made of wood, cork, and maybe brass inlay, but I can't be positive about that.
This tray likely dates to the mid-century and, as such, as signs of wear from use. It still has the original sticker on the back that advertises the brand and explains that the piece is impervious to alcohol and boiling water.
