PROCESS:
• After payment, please send me a message with your email address and customization choices. Please include a picture of yourself, the hairstyle (if different), the makeup (if different), jewelry (if different), and an example of the kind of wreath you would like. If you have any other notes or things you would like included, please make sure to tell me in this message.
• I will start work as soon as I receive the pictures with your choices. I will send you a proof to approve when I have it completed. Once approved, I will email you your files.
PLEASE NOTE:
• Your photos are the only reference material I have to work from. Please help me to create the best possible drawing for you by providing clear, high quality photos. The better the photo the better result.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS:
• If you request a cancellation and refund before you've sent your pictures and before I've started working on your order then I am more than happy to cancel your order and refund you. However, if you request a cancellation deals and refund after I have worked on your custom portrait I will be unable to give you a refund. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to reach out to me.
PRINTING:
• Colors may not be exact due to screen brightness, paper type, and/or printer settings. I am not responsible for color differences due to these variables that are beyond my control.
