Species is currently still unknown in cultivation.
Fruit: Green fleshed Berry surrounding a single seed.
Fruit Taste: Reportedly tastes similar to a lightly sweet avocado.

Soil: Very well draining. Acidic
Watering: I always recommend utilizing rain water on plants you get from anyone so they are not shocked by tap water. Water can not be allowed to pool up in the soil. You will not need to water this as much as other Eugenia. I highly discourage using well water if sulphur is present.
