These two works detail the voyages of Christopher Middleton, a British navigator, William Moor, a British sailor and the cousin of Middleton, and Francis Smith in search of the Northwest passage.Published by the Hakluyt Society, a publication society founded in 1846, specialising in deals scholarly editions of records of historic exploration, voyages and geographical primary sources. Condition Report: In the publisher's original full cloth binding with unclipped dust wrappers. Externally lovely. Dust wrappers have a little wear to the edges, but are otherwise in excellent condition. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are bright and clean. Overall: Fine
