This dress really sparkles and shines like a firework!! This elegant Patriotic American Flag Tutu Dress is perfect for a 4th of July celebration, Halloween costume or just for fun! This tutu dress is made with a red stretch crochet tube top embellished with white, silver and blue glitter ribbon, then I add layers of fluffy red tulle with glitter tulle mixed throughout to add lots of sparkle, white and blue glitter star embellishments then topped off with an American Flag bow and white ruffle straps that tie around the neck.

All tutu dresses are made with a stretch crochet tube top - fits 13" to 29" chest
Newborn to 9M is made with 6 inch (unlined) stretch crochet tube top + the (6") length of the tulle = 12"
Sizes 12M to 18M is made with 8 inch (unlined) stretch crochet tube top+ the (8") length of the tulle = 16"
Size 2T (24M) is made with a 8 inch (lined) stretch crochet tube top + the (8") length of the tulle = 16"
Sizes 3/4 is made with a 8 inch (lined) stretch crochet tube top + the (10") length of the tulle = 18"
Sizes 5/6 is made with a 10 inch (lined) stretch crochet tube top + the (12") length of the tulle = 22"
Sizes 7/8 is made with a 10 inch (lined) stretch crochet tube deals top + the (14") length of the tulle = 24"

Additional tulle length is $2.00 per inch.
