I enjoy the process of creating every box from the moment when I first see a unique part of the burl and have a vision deals of a new box. After hours of carving and polishing with natural oils beautiful grain shows and a new box is ready to bring a touch of Morocco anywhere around the World.

My decorative boxes are hand carved from Thuya wood burl. Thuya wood has been famous for its gorgeous grain and distinctive aroma since ancient times.

Thuya trees are found in the Atlas Mountains in Northwest Africa and nowhere else in the world. Thuya burl products are unique and never made in large quantities, because of the limited wood supply and sustainable production.
