Vintage 60s 70s Dark Blue, Red, Green and White Plisse Plaid High Waisted deals Wide Leg Bell Bottom Trousers/ Size XS (24” waist 28” inseam)

Bright and bold 70s cotton plisse plaid high waisted flare bell bottom pants. Double waistband button at top of fly. Darts front and back for a good lady fit. No pockets or belt loops. Expertly matched plaid on each side! I think they are made for a shorter person than my mannequin, but I also kind of like how they look on her.
There are a few white paint marks here and there on the pants, and one tiny hole on the deals back of the right thigh - all are shown in pics. Otherwise good condition.
