These boots were purchased last year and worn twice with custom orthotics, so the insoles they came with have never been used (I've put them back into the boots). The size 12 Wide was too big so we are selling it. It has been sitting in the closet since then. There are some scratch marks on the right boot. I haven't tried to get the boots polished or treated, but they are not deep scratches (please look at the photos). More the type you might get from regular wear. I don't have the box it came in but I will wrap each boot in bubble wrap to protect them. I will ship asap.
