It appears to have been handmade, and has no labels, so please see measurements.
It's made of a lightweight, sheer cotton gauze type fabric.
Lovely dress with sheer bodice and sleeves. The skirt part is lined.
Long sleeves with higher, lace neckline.
Buttons down the front.
It has two thread loops on each side of the waist for a tie/belt.

It's in good condition. A bit of the fabric was separating from the lace trim at the chest area, so I sewed the lace down over that area to secure and keep it from further fraying. The last photo shows the area before I sewed it. Now, the lace is sewn down securely over the fabric. The lace looks somewhat differently on that side, compared to the other, since it is completely sewn down.

The lining of the skirt part has a small area, in which the seam is separating. Also, I found a tiny hole from wear.

This is a delicate dress, so I would recommend only hand washing and hanging to dry.

MEASUREMENTS:
18 inches armpit to armpit
17 1/2 inches from armpit to end of sleeve, including lace trim at end of sleeve.
12 inches across the elasticized waist - waist can stretch up to 16 inches across when flat.
14 1/2 inches from shoulder seam to shoulder seam.
about 43 1/2 inches long, measured down center of back.
