deals Antique snuff box - fully handmade from brass. Early Victorian in age we date this to around 1850 and this is English-made. This piece would have been a regularly used item in Victorian times. We can only imagine the hands it's been in and what it could have seen 170 years ago. This is typical of pieces from the campaign period, in which gentlemen would carry around their snuff with them on their excursions. We are sure that this item is very well travelled but was made in England and returned back to the UK, where it currently resides. We offer free global delivery on this item.

The condition

The box is in good antique condition generally with age related wear evident. Nice strong hinge. Please see pictures for further details of the pieces condition.
