It includes the original box, (4) base deals stakes, (4) tether stakes, (2) tether ropes, and the instructions. It has been plugged in and tested. It inflates properly and stays inflated. It will need tethered down to stay in place. You may need to add additional tethers since there are only 2. As shown in the 6th picture one of the base legs is broken. It can still stand properly but it may need repaired based on your preferences. The bulbs were not working. I'm not sure if there is an issue with them or if they just need replaced. It has been displayed outside and shows some wear and marks from use. The box shows wear as well.
