Here is an original acrylic log cabin mountain landscape painting. I bought a few paintings by this artist years ago. Most are outdoors art. He is a self-taught artist and I always appreciate that painting is a hard talent to master. He depicts a log cabin on the far left with a fire inside as we can see the evident smoke billowing out of the chimney. There is a lake in front surrounded by Spruce trees and grasses and boulders. In the distance are snowy mountains. He used deep rich shades of blue which really make the painting gorgeous. This is framed in a wood frame that looks to have a missing back piece of wood on one side (not evident from the front or side). The painting itself measures 8 x 10 in. and framed measures about 9 1/2 x 11 1/2 in. I would consider it a small piece of art. The painting is signed by Kirby Obermeyer. The art is in good/very good condition. Perfect art for Mountain cabin, Rustic, lake house, Lodge, traditional, Country, Farmhouse, and Eclectic decors.
