Shoulder straps are also adjustable so can be worn over the shoulder or off shoulder. Skirt has glow in the dark/black light images of foolish mortal, tight rope deals walker and the hitchhiking ghost. Battery operated black lights in skirt. Is shown with a hoopskirt, hoopskirt not included. Does include fleece Cape. Overall and good condition. But the sleeves do have some transfer from tan body makeup but cannot see when worn.
