deals I am offering my lovely Altbau apartment for 3 month from January 3rd - March 13th, 2023 in Berlin Wedding
The apartment is 51 m2 and was completely renovated right before I moved in. It includes:
large living room, which includes a work area (see pictures) and a sleeping Couch
a fully equipped kitchen with stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee mashine.
a spacy bathroom with a great bath tub
Ideal for one person or a couple. There is sleeping room for up to 2 people.
Rent is 600€ + 150€ Heating + 90€ Electricity + 90 € high speed WIFI, Telekom Magenta (Glasfaser) - fast speed WIFI and washing machine. I would also ask for a €300 security deposit ("Kaution"). This will be reimbursed at the end should nothing in the apartment be broken/missing.
