Cup stands 3 inches tall and 4 1/2 inches from outer edge of cup to outer edge of handle and 3 1/2 inches diameter.

Saucer is 6 inches in diameter

Sugar Bowl stands almost 4 inches tall from bottom to the deals top of the adorable button lid and 4 inches in diameter
