Lapis Lazuli Mala consists of 8 mm lapis lazuli stone with handmade knots between them, 5 evil eyes, 1 of which is in the shape of a fish, 1 rare corozo core as Guru Bead and handmade 100% cotton tassel. The mala is made of a solid cord, not strech and approximately 10 cm. Natural 100 % cotton pouch for protection.

How to use a Mala for Meditation

You start at the guru bead/corozo core, whish is the larger bead near the tassel, and use your tumb and index fingers to work your way through the beads. The corozo core are not to be counted in this mala. Evil eye marker beads allow you to rest your breath between mantras or take a break to listen to the silence within yourself.
If your mala breaks, don't fret! A breaking mala, according to history and tradition, is viewed as a positive sign because it represents a break through in your practice and a sign of progression. 

How do I activate my mala beads?

You ll want to hold your beads in the right hand. It s a believed that your right hand gives energy, while the left hand receives it.
Another way to hold the mala during activation is to place both hands around it with the hands at your heart center in prayer position.
If there is another way to hold your mala, one that resonates with you, then by all means do that.
Gently close your eyes and become rooted in the breath. İnhale and exhale deeply. Bring into your mind s eye a clear intention for your beads. Visualize how you d like to see your life and how your mala will help you create this life. Many people like to then chant the following mantra three times,

Om Hreem Namah Shivaya Om

Sit in silence for the next 5 minutes to seal the sacred practise.


Create a quite space and settle in to a comfortable seated posture.
Light a candle and your favorite incense.
Close your eyes and start to lengthen your breath.
With a clear and calm mind state your intention to the beads, moving the beads through your fingers.
Start by getting in touch with your breathe. Start to run the mala through your fingers, one bead for each breath.
This mantra is traditional for activating and energizing a new mala.
The mala still carries it s same spiritual powers if you waer it as a bracelet or necklace.



Reminder

Natural stones different from each other in color. Corozo cores always differ in their structure and patterns. Therefore, the stones may differ slightly deals with the color tone in the pictures. Each piece is therefore unique and beautiful.

• Keep your mala away from water, soap, household cleaners, sweat and other liquids.
