Sweet, Custom Hand Made to deals Order Harness Pet Dress for your Precious Small Breed Girl has several layers of gathered Cotton and Tulle Skirt to add fullness and fanciness. The top Sparkling, Cotton layer has an imprint of Pink, Purple, Yellow & Blue Butterflies and is edged w/ White Lace. The 2nd layer is Light Blue Cotton trimmed with Pink Lace with Sequins (please understand that the lace style may change, depending on availability!!!), the underskirt layers are made with 4 layers of Pink/white Tulle.
The Butterflies imprinted, Sparkling Bodice is decorated with Pink Lace, which creates short "sleeves".
Made of cotton, fully interfaced and lined. Velcro closures at neck and chest that will adjust for comfort fit. It comes with or without a D-ring and with or without a Pink Ribbon.
