Please note: The edible gems are about the size of a 1/2 carat diamond. The melted isomalt that I use is dropped into a mold using a lollipop stick and the other side is rounded. It is not 3-dimensional like a diamond.

Your Edible Sugar Gems will be shipped enclosed within a cello bag and heat sealed. When ready to use, just simply remove your gem with a pair of tweezers and place on your convection.
