These slippers just wanted beads after they were deals all sewn together. So appropriate for Liberty of London fabric, I think. Floral patterns from Liberty's Hesketh House collection in greys, salmon, cream, and sage green. Faux pearls and clear glass beads on a little bit of white opalescent embroidery. Soft grey fleece lining.
My slippers are designed to be pretty, but also to last through lots of wear and washings.
* Top surface is 100% cotton for wear and breathability
* Lining is polyester fleece for soft comfort
* Insoles have a double layer of cushioning for extra padding and comfort
* Bottom soles are made of up cycled denim from used jeans
* Elastic in the heel keeps the slippers from sliding off and also creates a snug fit
All slippers are machine washable and dryable.
Sizes are true with bare feet. If you think you will be wearing socks with these slippers, you should consider a size larger to avoid an overly snug fit.
I am sometimes asked if the bottom soles are slippery. While the plain soles are not “no skid”, I tested these slippers with several people of different ages and with different flooring types. None had any problem with slipping. That being said, I am beginning to put “no skid” paint on the bottom of some of my slippers. If they have this feature, it will be specifically noted above. Otherwise the bottom soles are plain denim.
