Circa 1940s - Beacon Glass Vase - Optic Onion Bulb Vase - Art Glass deals

I believe this stunning blue vase is circa 1944-49 by the Beacon Glass Co. of New Jersey (later known as Jersey Glass). I have seen it described as a “blue optic onion bulb vase by August Hofbauer”. There are no markings or labels on this piece.

NOTE: There is a tiny age-related flea bite from the rim (see last picture where I have tried to point it out), as well as two small scratches that I could not get to show in my photographs.

Approximate measurements - 17.5 cm tall with a base diameter of 11 cm, a widest diameter of 20 cm and a top opening diameter of 5 cm (6 3/4” X 4 1/2” X 8” X 2”)
