YOU CAN'T FILL THIS RING YOURSELF, you have to send us a small amount (1 -2 coffee spoons) of the Pets cremated remains.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU PLACE THE ORDER?
After ordering and paying for the order, you will receive an order confirmation within a few minutes. This order confirmation contains all information regarding the preparation of the ashes and the address of our location where you should send the ashes.
As soon as we have received the ashes, we will let you know and we need 3-10 working days to prepare and ship out the order.
The total turnaround time is difficult to say and depends also on how long it takes the ashes arrives on our location.
SHIPPING AND UPGRADES: Standard insured shipping with tracking for finished orders.
For USA customers only, there will be optional shipping upgrades available if you want faster shipping.. (Fedex Economy (3-8 working days) and Fedex Express shipping (1-4 working days)
If your order will be shipped with Fedex, it's important that you only send the amount of ashes we ask for. Express shipping companies don't allow the shipment of ashes, so we only ship the ordered finished item(s), not any leftover ashes.
If there are any leftover ashes and if you're comfortable with this, we can keep the ashes for 2 years at our location in case you want to re-order from our shop. If you'd rather like us to send the ashes back to you, please contact us. We can send back the ashes separate from the order.

Most of our rings are available in Tungsten carbide - Black ceramic - Titanium and Stainless steel 6 or 8mm wide, please inform if you need your ring in different material.
The ashes of your beloved Pet will be cleaned and prepared, and than we process the ashes inside the ring with a special combination of color pigments and glow stones.
Of course we can also make this ring without ash insert, or with sand from the beach if you have nice memories of it.
Why stainless steel for this ring?. We use stainless steel because many jewelry is made of stainless steel, stainless steel jewelry is more affordable than other material, it is harder than gold or silver, but is softer and less scratch resist than tungsten carbide, ceramic zirconium or cobalt chrome.
