Extra large antique map of the Counties of Tioga, Luzerne, Bradford, Sullivan, Wyoming, Susquehanna & Lycoming, Pennsylvania. Includes portions of adjacent counties in black and white. Original hand coloring of individual townships, with vibrantly detailed county borders. The map is from an 1872 Edition of the New Topographical Atlas of the State of Pennsylvania by Henry F. Walling and O.W. Gray. It is an original antique map, not a modern reproduction.

The map is a centerfold as originally issued. It therefore has an original vertical fold line at the center. The fold line, however, is reinforced along its backside and is not significantly noticeable once the map is opened and maintained flat (this is particularly true if the map is framed behind glass).

Approx. 15-1/2" x 24" (map print area), 17-1/4" x 26" (sheet size)

Condition:
There is some staining in the margin at the bottom left and right corners, however, it does not affect the map print area. Otherwise, very good, with vibrant original color. Beautiful antique map for framing.
