Purchased directly from Kate Spade this is NOT an outlet bag. It has a long shoulder strap that can be attached that would let it hang down by your hip like a duffel bag. And the middle zipper is padded for a laptop. Never used and has just sat in its dust bag in my closet. I hope someone else can use and love this bag!
