Platinum Cure Silicone Mold Making Rubber Semi-Flexible SILICONE CAST™ 45 is a two-component silicone, low-viscosity, platinum-curing system which vulcanizes at room or heated temperature. This versatile silicone system is suitable for the moulding of a variety of products such as arts and crafts, prototyping, architectural elements, jewelry, candles, soap, chocolate, and a myriad of industrial applications including vacuum bagging, wind turbine blades, rock climbing holds, and more. This silicone system with a 45 shore A hardness can be used for a long period within the deals temperature range of 56° to 200°C without losing its physical properties.

Suitable for molding parts for many industrial and artistic applications including aerospace, prototyping, composites, military, sets and film, food, and more. Suitable for molding variety of products in large quantity, such as art crafts, furniture, prototyping, architectural elements, garden ornaments, tire, soap, candle, jewelry, vacuum bagging, wind turbine blades, ship/boat hulls, aircraft hulls, FRP pipes/profiles, beacon lighthouse covers, military industry, aviation and other fields, etc.  - Suitable for materials such as resin, PU, PVC, polyester, gypsum/plaster, concrete, cement, stone, GRC/GFRC, wax, jewelry, etc.

Operation instructions

1. Mix part A and pars B evenly with 1:1 mixing ratio. Notes: 1) Weigh the two parts exactly by electronic weight. For example, the operation time will be shortened after adding too much catalyst. 2) Mix part A and part B evenly. Otherwise the silicon rubber will be partly solidified which will make the finished molds meet a short life and waste silicon rubber.
